CDEC Advisory: Slow Response from E2M Server - Oct 14


#MISTG-E2M-51602073 – Ongoing Slow Response from E2M Server


Please be informed that, as of 05:15 PM, the BOC E2M system is experiencing


slow response times. The matter has already been formally reported to


BOC-MISTG, and we are actively monitoring the situation.


In the meantime, we kindly ask that you continue to monitor your submissions


and notify us immediately of any issues. We will be glad to assist you.

***PEZA.ETRADE/ETRADE New feature***


We are pleased to announce that eTrade now supports PEZA Drop-Off


Export as a Transfer Permit type.



How to use this feature:



1.) During the eCertification/eNomination step, the


RPRE should select Drop-Off Export in the Purpose dropdown.



2.) When the OPRE creates the LOA from the approved


eCert/eNom, the standard transfer permit process will then apply.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***



The Bureau of Customs (BOC) informs all stakeholders, particularly freight


forwarders and deconsolidators, that pursuant to the Memorandum issued by


Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno, the imposition of penalties under Section


8.8 of Customs Administrative Order (CAO) No. 15-2020 for the late


submission of Electronic Consolidated Cargo Manifests (e-CCMs) is temporarily


suspended.


This suspension is due to current limitations of the Bureau’s Electronic-to-


Mobile (E2M) System, which have caused justifiable delays in the submission


of manifests. As such, these delays shall not give rise to penalties under


Section 4.10 of the said Order.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

 


To Our Valued Clients,



To further improve the response time of the Importables Search in


ptops.etrade.net.ph, the following enhancement will be


implemented:



Previous Process: The system searched for values across multiple data fields


(Description, Item Code, and AHTN Code), which often resulted in longer


search times.



New Enhancement: Users can now specify which particular data field


(Description, Item Code, or AHTN Code) they wish to search. By narrowing the


scope, results will be delivered faster and more efficiently.



This change will take effect on October 14, 2025 as part of our continuous


effort to provide better service and ensure a smoother experience for all CDEC


users.
